HOW CAN I CONTACT TRIGGERED TROOPS?

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Affirmative. We ship to 25+ countries.

US orders: FREE shipping, 7-14 business days.

International: $19.99 flat rate, 14-30 business days. (Customs likes to slow things down. Not our doing.)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

The United States. Print-on-demand, made fresh for every order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Here's the real timeline:

→ Order placed → Production: 3-5 business days
→ Production → Shipped: Same day or next
→ Shipped → Delivered (US): 7-14 business days total
→ Shipped → Delivered (Intl): 14-30 business days total

We process Monday-Friday. No weekend shipping. Sundays are for grilling.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We process fast. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is already in production and we can't pull it back.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Sizes S through 3XL across all shirts. Check the size chart on each product page — our shirts run true to size, but everyone's built different.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since every shirt is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for "I changed my mind" reasons. BUT:

→ Wrong size sent? We'll replace it.
→ Defective or damaged shirt? We'll replace it.
→ Shirt never arrives within 30 days of shipping? Full refund.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)?

Possibly. Prices on our site are tax-free in USD. Your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives — that's between you and your government, not us. Check with your local customs office for specifics.

WHAT IF MY SHIRT DOESN'T FIT?

Check our size chart on each product page BEFORE ordering. Since shirts are made-to-order, we can't swap sizes after the fact. Measure twice, order once.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET MY ORDER?

If 30 days have passed since shipping and you've got no shirt — email us at support@triggeredtroops.com. We'll either resend or refund. No drama.
